Great location for touring the Hunter Valley. Very comfortable suite with good size bedroom & lounge with TV, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Good swimming pool with sun loungers. Very helpful reception staff & handy parade of small shops on-site.

Having not stayed at Pokolbin Village for around 10 years, it was truly great to come back and see an old favourite keeping up with the times.
Let`s face it as far as aspect, locality and convenience goes Pokolbin Village is in the heart and a beautifully set resort, throw in their array of shops on site, restaurant it would have to be the best equipped place in the Valley. Seriously plenty of great places within walking distance for those that like a drop or two as well.
The two things that impressed us most though was 1. The improvements to the rooms & 2. The impeccable service from all the staff. The rooms had been upgraded beautifully since we`d been last & very well attended too both prior and during stay. The staff had been lovely in the lead up and then super polite and attentive on arrival and during the stay. Combining all of what Pokolbin Village has to offer it truly is an overall lovely place to stay in a tranquil yet not pretentious setting.

Everything about this property was amazing! Especially the friendly service. Nothing was too difficult for the staff who went out of their way to help us. From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely greeted and every offer was made to be super accommodating. The room was perfect value for money considering we were staying there over a weekend. The room was also a lot bigger than what we thought it would be so we were very impressed. The bed was soft and warm and the shower was good too. It had a separate lounge and bedroom so more then plenty of space for a couple.
